Burners & Safety

Three cooking zones are powered by 4th generation full brass burners — a Triple Ring burner at 3.0 kW, a Mini Triple Ring at 2.5 kW, and a Dual Ring burner at 1.7 kW — covering high-heat frying through to gentle simmering. Electric auto ignition lights each zone reliably, and a flame failure safety device automatically cuts gas if a flame goes out. Cast iron pan supports with heat protectors keep cookware stable and shield the glass surface.

Build & Design

An 8 mm black tempered glass panel provides a durable, easy-to-clean surface, and heat-resistant knobs remain comfortable during extended cooking sessions.
