The Häfele ASKO OCS8678G is a 60 cm built-in oven from the ASKO collection, combining convection heat and full steam cooking in one generous 73-litre cavity. It brings nutritious steam cooking techniques to the everyday kitchen without requiring a separate steam appliance.

Performance & Cooking

With 3,400W of power, the oven heats from 30°C to 240°C across a broad cooking range. The steam cooking function preserves nutrients and natural flavours, making it ideal for health-conscious cooks. An internal steam cleaning cycle handles maintenance with minimal effort. The energy efficiency class is A+, exceeding the standard class A rating.

Design & Controls

Touch controls and a front-facing glass door keep the interface clean and the design premium. The oven connects on a 16A circuit at 220–240V. Supplied accessories include two shallow trays, one deep baking tray, one premium grill rack, and a full set of steam trays with temperature probe for precision cooking.
