The Häfele ASKO OCS8687B is a 60 cm built-in steam oven from the ASKO range, finished in a striking Black Steel exterior. Like its sibling model, it combines electric convection and full steam cooking in a 73-litre cavity. The Black Steel finish is designed for kitchens with a darker, more industrial design palette.

Performance & Cooking

Delivering 3,400W of power across a 30°C–240°C temperature range, it handles everything from gentle proofing to high-temperature roasting. The steam cooking function supplements traditional heat for nutrient-rich, moisture-retaining results. Steam cleaning technology keeps the interior clean with minimal effort. Energy efficiency class is A+.

Design & Controls

Touch controls and a glass door front maintain a sleek, integrated appearance. The 16A electrical connection suits standard kitchen wiring. Supplied with shallow trays, a deep baking tray, a premium grill rack, steam trays, and a temperature probe for guided roasting. Backed by Häfele's five-year manufacturer's guarantee.
