Kerakoll Kerarep Fast Bonding Agent for Screeds

Kerarep is an extra fast-acting two-component epoxy repair compound from Kerakoll. It restores millimetric gaps and cracks in mineral screeds and concrete with high fluidity and strong adhesion. The formulation guarantees monolithic continuity and total filling of damaged structures before laying any floor covering.

Performance & Application

Kerarep delivers a high degree of slide even on dry and absorbent structures. It suits bonding metal components or as a binder in mortars for small repairs to corners, edges, and patch layers. The product is applied by pouring into gaps and pressing down with a metal trowel to facilitate penetration. It cures rapidly, and tools can be cleaned with alcohol or solvent before hardening.

Kerarep is supplied as a kit: Part A 1 kg bucket, Part B 0.03 kg tube, and Part C 10 metal staples. Coverage is approximately 1.7 kg per litre. It is suitable for internal and external use on cement-based screeds, concrete, reinforced concrete, and metal substrates. Backed by Kerakoll's five-year manufacturer's guarantee.
